Inland Power Solutions have a team of experienced administrative and field employees, as well as a large well-maintained machinery fleet, ensuring the capacity to complete each project from start to finish.

Shaun Bennett

Managing Director

Shaun is an Electrician and Cable Jointer by trade who co-founded Inland Power Solutions in 2014. Since this time, he has helped grow the business considerably in the Electrical Distribution industry, focusing on the company’s specialty ASP work. Shaun is driven to continue the growth of the company’s profile and committed to upskilling staff.

Shaun is passionate about Inland Power Solutions and continually strives to identify opportunities that fit the profile of the business. Shaun ensures that Inland Power Solutions always delivers on what they have committed to and is a key point of contact for the company.

Matthew Clarke

Operations Manager/Director

Matthew has been working in the distribution trade for over 15 years. In this time, he has worked on and managed all types of Overhead and Underground Distribution Projects.

Matthew also co-founded Inland Power Solutions in 2014. With his experience, Matthew now provides a high level of support to our Project Managers and field staff. Matthew manages the resources for our business and understands the industry requirements for safety, quality, and meeting client expectations and timelines.

Daniel Pezet

Estimator

Daniel joined the Inland Power Solutions team in 2020 and has more than 12 years’ experience in the electrical distribution industry. Daniel is a qualified Electrical Linesman and has held several management roles since 2016. Daniel provides clients with consultations, budgeting, quotes and manages projects through the design process.

Daniel’s sound technical knowledge ensures that all projects meet the client needs whilst providing the best value for money.

Rhys Daley

Project Manager

Rhys is a qualified Linesman and Cable Jointer who has been with Inland Power Solutions for 5 years. During this time he has held the roles of a Tradesman, Leading Hand and most recently completed a Diploma of Project Management and is now Project Manager for the Company’s Level 1 ASP sector.

Rhys provides a high level of support to our senior & junior team members. He ensures that our team has the required resources and support needed to deliver a successful project. Rhys is focused on the company’s values, ensuring the project is managed efficiently, safely and completed to the client’s expectation.

Callan Litchfield

Project Manager

Callan is an Electrician with 15 years’ experience and has become the company’s Service Manager. Callan is highly customer focused, making sure Inland Power Solutions are exceeding customers needs and delivering on what has been promised.

Callan manages all Level 2 connections and retailer metering requirements making Inland Power Solutions a turn-key solution to getting your premise connected.

MacKenzie Hesketh

Administration

MacKenzie is your first point of contact with Inland Power Solutions. Mackenzie always greets our clients with her bubbly personality to make sure any enquiry is adhered to. MacKenzie provides administration support to the Directors and Project Managers ensuring the company’s commitment to our clients.

Makenzie is currently undertaking further study of a Diploma of Business, provides Bookkeeping Support and manages the company’s online presence.

Training:

Inland Power Solutions invests in the rigorous training of all employees – ensuring that staff can complete all projects safely and efficiently. Due to the high-risk and technical nature of the work, training is provided to all IPS employees, certifying that all personnel have the specific skills and competencies to perform their work.

  • CPR
  • First Aid
  • Rescue and Escape from EWP
